Our independent grooming spa and boutique offers the very best grooming experience and a range of natural, locally sourced products in our boutique for you to enjoy. We pride ourselves on using only natural products free from harsh chemicals that are Bio-degradable, Eco Friendly and Organic. Our shampoos are completely paraben free, vegan friendly and planet friendly. We feel its important to love

our planet, so we keep plastic use to a minimum and have minimised wastage throughout our salon, composting and recycling as much as we can. We have a fantastic team of qualified and experienced stylists who groom all breeds of dog and we tailor each groom to your specific requirements. We also offer a small pet grooming service for any other small furries who need a little TLC (please contact us for details). Our grooming services include:

WE ARE OPEN!

We’ve had a few customers confused recently regarding our opening times in the larton salon. We do not open weekends in this salon yet so if you pop down you will find we are closed, but that does not mean we aren’t trading!

Our new temporary opening hours in larton are:

Monday - Friday 9.30am till 3pm sharp.

This is to fit around our stylists childcare arrangements. Upton salon is unaffected.

When we are able to offer our usual hours of 9am to 5pm , we will let everyone know.

WE NEED YOUR HELP 😢 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

We were enjoying our little break after a very busy Christmas and looking forwards to the new year, when our Google account notified us that someone has left us a 1 star negative review on Google. Obviously we were saddened to hear someone wasn’t happy with our service but on further inspection have found that someone has left this review for us without ever having visited our salon, let alone us groom their dog. It was left maliciously with intent to harm our small business by someone with just enough info to make it fit!

Now, We know that any of our customers reading that review will realise it is a load of rubbish. But to any new customers who may read this and believe that’s who we are, well, it’s incredibly hurtful to us all and harmful to our little business we have built up on excellent reputation alone. Why someone would be so horrible to go out of their way and make such slanderous comments about us and more importantly our chief treat taster, our little pudding of a dog who doesn’t have a bad bone in her little (festively plump) body, I’ll never know. 😢

So we are asking all our lovely customers could you please leave us a Google review? If you’ve had a good experience with us, we’d love to hear about it and show other dog parents what type of service they will expect from us and just how much we care for your dogs.
We rely on reviews and word of mouth for our little salon and it would mean the world to us if we can get our rating back up to where it should be! 🙏🏻

In the mean time, we will keep working hard to deliver the excellent care and service you are used to, and try to not let it dampen our start to 2023.

DESHEDDING

Did you know that dogs can overheat from having too much undercoat? Shedding breeds tend to release their unwanted coat in the summer months to help them cool down but most need a helping hand to get rid of all the dead, unwanted thick hair which gets stuck in their coat…Imagine wearing a woolly jumper all through the summer 🥵

Our deshedding treatment can be added to any full groom and is perfect for all shedding breeds. It releases all the thick, clogged up undercoat, maintains a shiny top coat and cleanses the dogs skin so they feel cooler and much happier.
