The Isle of Wight Branch of the RSPCA is an independent charity operating under the rules and conditions of the nationally recognised RSPCA. We are entirely funded by the generosity of the local community and all monies raised on the Island are solely for the benefit of Island animals. We house, care for and rehome a great diversity of domestic animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds
and other small animals. We also care for sick and injured wildlife with the full intention of getting these animals fit to be released back to the wild. We firmly believe that every animal in our care deserves a chance in life and it is our policy to never put down an animal unless advised to do so for medical or safety reasons. If you have any queries about rehoming or adopting an animal or need any advice about general animal care, please do not hesitate to contact the Branch on 01983 840287. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT THE WELFARE OF AN ANIMAL OR FIND A SICK OR INJURED WILD ANIMAL, PLEASE RING THE CRUELTY LINE ON: 0300 1234 999
