Combebow Poultry A small family smallholding in Devon, rearing traditional and rare breeds of poultry, turkeys, ducks

A traditional Devon small holding with over 35 years experience of rearing traditional and rare breeds of poultry and waterfowl. Originally "Lodge Poultry" of South Devon, Sam moved to West Devon in 1999 and Combebow Poultry became the new name. Finally moving to their new home, actually at Combebow farm in 2021. Our
birds enjoy fresh air everyday and are raised on an organically managed pasture

where we add herbs and traditional plants to the diet and grazing, to enhance naturally good health. Birds are kept in friendly groups and put into unrelated breeding groups during the summer, where they can enjoy a peaceful lifestyle and lots of fresh air.

Combebow Farm Poultry

With an interest in pedigree poultry and waterfowl for over 35 years, Sam has bred many rare and traditional breeds, and enjoyed showing them all over the West Country.

Combebow poultry are all happy healthy birds, that get to spend time outside every day, and enjoy the best quality food and naturally managed, chemical free grassland. Breeding groups are kept small for quality and fertility and we keep our scale small to be able to offer the birds the best hands-on management that we can.
