✨ Important Business Update: New Schedule Protection Policy✨

To all of my amazing clients, thank you so much for your continued support!
I absolutely love keeping your homes fresh and clean.

As a solo business owner, my time is my livelihood. To ensure I can continue offering reliable, consistent scheduling and keep my business running smoothly, I am introducing a Schedule Retainer & Cancellation Policy starting July 1st.

How it works:

Last-Minute Changes: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a100% fee.

Extended Travel & Skips: If you need to skip a regularly scheduled clean (such as for vacations or holidays), a 50% Retainer Fee will apply to hold your specific day and time slot.

Because I reserve dedicated time slots specifically for you, a last-minute cancellation or extended absence leaves a gap in my day that I cannot easily fill. The retainer ensures your preferred slot is locked in and guaranteed for you when you return!
If you prefer to pause services without a retainer while you are away, I completely understand! Please note that I will open that time slot to my waiting list, and I cannot guarantee the same day or time will be available when you are ready to resume.

Current clients will receive an updated service agreement this week with all the details. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me directly!

Hello everyone.
As some of you might be aware, I manage chronic migraines. One of my main triggers is overheating so I would really appreciate it if you could turn the heating down/off when Im due to clean. If its a very warm day, please could blinds be left down and windows closed to keep the heat out. 🙏
