Hairy Hounds Dog Grooming Parlour is a bespoke business setup from my love of dogs, because they are my passion in life ❤️
We are situated on a 3.5 acre plot in a tranquil, countryside location in Wickford, Essex.
I hold a level 3 OCN qualification in dog grooming and an Advanced pro training pet First Aid instructor level 3 qualification, along with multiple dog training courses in canine health and well being. And a canine behaviour diploma achieving merits within the five year course study with the British College Of Canine Studies.
I offer a one-to-one grooming experience for nervous and aggressive dogs. I take time to condition the dog to grooming and training, turning what can be a stressful time for the dog into a fun and rewarding experience both on and off the grooming table.
We offer multiple grooming courses in and out of Essex for all different levels of experience...
Maybe you are looking at saving money and grooming your dog yourself or, you might be looking to work alongside me on a part time or full time grooming course. Perhaps you are interested in learning all the different techniques of the work that goes into becoming a professional dog groomer.
We can provide an advanced teeth cleaning service for your pets which is completely stress free. We will work with your dog to desensitise your dog so that home brushing becomes a much easier task for you to keep those teeth pearly white and in tip top condition.
We also offer fun dog walks with the added bonus of training whilst we walk.
We have a large fully enclosed field with agility equipment for your dogs to enjoy.
Puppy development courses and a board and train service if you are looking for more intense training for your dog.
Puppy pop in visits, dog and cat sitting services and holiday home stays.
