!! FLEAS !!

In the last 2 weeks I have came across 2 cases of fleas, in one instance the owner knew the dog had fleas and failed to mention this and the other the owner did not and they were harder to see as I didn’t notice myself until I had the clipper on them as they were so hidden, so in this owners case it’s no fault of their own.

If your dog has fleas and you know, please do not bring them to their appointment let me know and we can reschedule. As when I take a dog in with fleas unaware , I then need to reschedule my whole day of dogs and have the shop deep cleaned and flea bombed, which is costly to me after losing out on the dogs I’ve had to reschedule for the day.

Again, I understand that these things happen but I am mainly focusing on instances where you as the customer know that the dog has fleas but I cannot afford as a business to have this happening on a regular basis and it’s also unfair on my other clients who I have to change their appointment.
