Harley Grove provide a service that identifies a computerised solution to a business' requirements and completes the successful implementation of that solution. Add-ons) which is well respected by many businesses and accountants alike. We also have an extensive knowledge of additional software that will integrate with the core Sage accounting software and also additions to the ACT ! Harley Grove h
ave completed many implementations of the Draycir range of business software, such as Spindle Professional and Credit Hound, and have also been part of the Beta testing of their brand new Credit Risk software, Credit Guardian, and will be supplying this and providing any required consultancy advice and assistance. We DO NOT sell computer hardware neither do we install computer networks and cabling. We specialise in computer software and NOT hardware. However, we work closely with a number of tried and tested companies that DO specialise in hardware etc… and we would be pleased to either put clients in touch directly with them or project manage a complete solution including computer hardware and our solution. Harley Grove have several consultants that are Sage Certified (please ask for certifications if you wish) and therefore have been tested to ensure that their knowledge is up-to-date. Harley Grove pride themselves on the structured approach that they apply to the successful implementation of a client's solution. An example of the stages in these successes follows below:
-Consult with the client and, possibly their accountant, to establish their business requirements
-Identify a suitable solution
-Demonstrate the solution either over the internet or at your premises
-Source the correct computer software
-Install the computer software, after confirming suitability of existing computer hardware
-Configure the software, including (if accounting software) setting up the correct accounting structure
-One-to-one training of all relevant staff at a pace that suits the client
Importing (if possible) of any previous information from older "legacy" systems
-On-going support by telephone, email, with remote access software or site visit
Keeping clients up-to-date with other related software developments
