Notice a bad smell from your dog's mouth?

Here's a handy post from YuMOVE UK on getting started with brushing your dogs teeth. We recommend using a pet toothpaste daily to clean their teeth.

Depending on how your dog's teeth are we may need to give you a helping hand and have them in with us for the day to have an anaesthetic and scale and polish.

Give us a call if you think your pet needs our help in getting those teeth clean.

So who heard the news about Germany wanting to make it law for you to take your dog out for two walks a day?

Do you think it is a good idea?

I'm sure our pooches would agree that this is a good idea!

Taking your dog for twice daily walks, for a total of an hour, could become compulsory from next year.

Just a little reminder on how we are working at the moment, please have a read and follow the instructions as this makes things run a little more smoothly for all involved.

Although there has been an easing on restrictions of what cases we can see, the doors to the practice will remain closed and will only be opened by prearrangement for 1 person (and their pets) at a time for their appointed consult.

Please call from the car when you arrive at the practice to let us know that you have arrived and you will be directed from there. Please make sure that you have a face covering with you and that this is in place before entering the building.

All medication and food must be pre-ordered and paid for before arriving at the surgery. Once you have arrived for collection please ring from your car/pavement and we will put the order on the doorstep.

Want to do your bit to help the environment? Check out this poster showing what extra things can be recycled by Terracycle via Rusthall St Pauls FORS Recycling

Run by the Friends of Rusthall St Paul’s Primary School, they have set this group up to share their recycling programmes to a wider community and allow you to share far and wide.

They are collecting empty crisp packets, some beauty items and pringle tubes to start with but are hoping to increase this to include even more items.

They want to save unnecessary waste going to landfill but also help to raise some money for our local village school.

Every little helps.
