Hello everyone!

I wanted to come out here and briefly talk about my experience working with rescue dogs. The majority of behaviour cases in rescue is fear based and fear can be shown through aggression, guarding, reactivity, emotional shutdowns, loss of apetite and many others. It’s a complex behaviour but with the right attention and training a lot can be achieved!

Anyone seen a squirrel out there?
Nancy, a former rescue pup I took on as a foster over 6 months ago and decided to keep her forever. She has taught me so much about myself and my skills in dog training. She is a clever energetic young lady that relies on alot of walks and mental enrichment.

We at Nino’s Herd love our rescues and always advice on adoption! Having worked with many rescue dogs and charities, we understand the difficulty in taking on a rescue. The uncertainty and sometimes the extra work that needs to be put in, however, there is nothing more rewarding!

We aim to help those who took this challenge on and strengthen people’s understanding and idea of rescues dogs!

Every dog is diffirent and it is important to design enriching walks appropriate for their mental and physical needs and ability.

Having owned and fostered rescues herself, Natalia is skilled in working with dogs facing difficult behaviours. We are dedicated to helping dog owners understand their dogs better and live a beautiful life with their best friends.
We offer professional training consultations, plans and advice in whatever training help you may need.
