Just a reminder that with the rising temperatures I may shortened or cancel walks if I deem it to be unsafe for the dogs 🐾 ☀️
If the weather is too warm I am more than happy to offer garden time & enrichment play instead of there normal walk for dogs that are at home all day or my afternoon groups . Alternatively I can walk them early and do a drop in toilet break in the afternoon . ( please note additional drop in PM visits are chargeable)
As always I will do everything I can to ensure the dog’s safety while they are out with me . This includes,
⭐️Walking earlier in the day when it’s cooler
⭐️Gentle walks, avoiding to much running and excessive play
⭐️Seeking shade & water
⭐️Offering rest stops and water breaks
⭐️Using cooling mats in the van for the dogs to lie on
If I do decide to cancel your walk I will let you know asap via our usual form of contact. Your dogs safety is more important to me than anything and it is always in the forefront of my mind.
