*IMPORTANT NOTICE*
It has been brought to my attention that there is Strangles in the Local Area at more than one farm . To protect our yard and the horses there, with immediate effect, no one is to attend Cropthorne Stables who does not own a horse there (if you don't pay livery and own a horse at the yard you are not permitted to be there). When hacking out do not go anywhere near the Hengoed area via the Taff Trail. Also as an owner at the yard, if you attend any horse shows/events, you must fully sanitise hands, boots etc before coming to yard to prevent cross contamination and transmission.

*IMPORTANT MESSAGE*
We have noticed that there is mess being left on the yard. Can we please remind everyone that your stable is to be cleaned and tidied, hay barns need to be cleared of old hay and empty stables are to remain empty - they are not to be used for storage and/or rubbish. Anyone who is found to be not adhering to this may be asked to leave. Thank you.

Polite Notice: Dogs are not permitted on the yard or the fields due to health and safety and also rat poison in the stable area. If any dogs are seen on the yard or the fields the owners will be asked to leave. Also there was a man seen smoking a cigarette on the yard tonight. The yard is a no smoking zone and no smoking is permitted on the yard or carpark. Common sense please! Please can I also remind everyone that cars need to be parked around the back of the Stables Monday to Friday due to lorries going in and out all day. Thank you for your cooperation. Andrew.

Good Morning. There is a burst pipe at the stables which will be fixed tomorrow morning. If you need water in the meantime, please use the outside tap at Cropthorne. Thank you.

POLITE NOTICE
The skip that is placed at the stables is for Stables rubbish only NOT for your personal household rubbish, If you are found to be dumping your rubbish, you will be asked to leave, I pay for the skip for the stables only.
Also it has yet again been brought to my attention the state of the yard, you MUST clean outside your own stables and anyone not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave. Mark will be checking the stables on a regular basis and reporting back to me. After many requests it seems they are just being ignored. This must Stop!!!

I have been to the stables today and noticed a lot of litter from the young children - I have to pay for this to be cleaned up - Going forward I would like the stables to be used as an equestrian centre not a Youth Club
The yard outside any individuals stable must also be kept clean and tidy this is your responsibility.
So please leave the stables clean and tidy and there will be no issues. All gates to be closed after you.

Please note: you can only access the stables if you have a Horse/Pony that resides at Cropthorne Stables
