We have a space becoming available due to a lovely livery moving away.
Facilities include: American barn style stabling (everything under one roof so you can stay dry once in!) Sandschool, hot shower, separate winter and summer paddocks, plenty of turnout.
Full livery to include daily rug changes, hay and straw, washing legs and a daily check over, plus the usual jobs.

We have a great visit with Zoe Maher from Topspec this afternoon, all the horses were very well behaved and Zoe was very helpful, would highly recommend 😊👍
No time to get any pictures I’m afraid as I was holding alot of the horses!

Separate summer and winter turnout, winter turnout everyday, even in the rain! summer 24/7 grazing. This vacancy could suit a horse/pony needing a track system as we will have one spare.
