‼️ Important reminders ‼️

💩 Please can we remind all users to please pick up their dog mess and take it home. It helps to keep the field a pleasant site for everyone and it is considerate to other users. Thank you to those who help us to keep it clean by taking home dog mess they find from previous users - we really appreciate it.

🐶 Please remember to book for the correct number of dogs and not to book for one dog and turn up with several! We are aware of certain users doing this and we would like to ask everyone to please be honest when making your booking. If you need to amend your booking or the number of dogs, please just send us a message using any of the contact details provided. We are more than happy to help you amend. Users who continue to break this rule may be banned from booking.

🔐 Please don’t forget to lock the field again at the end of your slot. This stops users without a booking from entering the field/people entering during someone else’s slot. We have had people arriving to help themselves to the field due to users not locking up after they have left.

We really appreciate those of you who go the extra mile to keep the field safe, clean and enjoyable. Thank you for always supporting us and allowing us to keep this facility open!

🐾 EXCITING NEWS 🐾

⭐️The new agility and play equipment has been installed in the field and improvements have been made to the entrance to reduce the mud caused by rainfall over the winter.

♻️We have chosen to source equipment made from 100% recycled materials, it is made from 1405 used milk bottles to save them from going to landfill or ending up in the ocean.

Following on from our post yesterday, we have unfortunately had to postpone the work in the field to next Monday the 10th of February. The rain today has caused the ground to get too wet for the work planned. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The field is now available for booking tomorrow (Wednesday the 5th).

🗑️ We are unfortunately seeing an increase in the amount of litter being left behind in the field. Please can we remind all users to take any litter home with them as it really does spoil the field for other users if things are left behind. Thank you to those who clean up even when it is not their rubbish, we really do appreciate you helping us.

💩 Please clean up after your dog and do not leave dog poo or dog poo bags in the field. As the site is unmanned and we’re unable to get a council bin, dog waste must be taken with you and disposed of in an appropriate bin.

💩 POLITE REMINDER 💩

Please can all users remember to pick up their dog poo and take it home with them. Unfortunately we are getting more feedback to say dog poo is being left behind in the field.

The council will not provide a dog poo bin collection service so it is the customers responsibility to clean up after their dog. It ruins the experience for others if this is not done and we don’t want to disappoint our clients!

⏰🐾 POLITE REMINDER 🐾⏰

This is a polite reminder to all customers to PLEASE arrive and depart the field at the correct times.

⏳Customers arriving late for their appointments must still leave at the end of their booked slot time, if you arrive 10 minutes late, this does not mean you can make up for those 10 minutes at the end as this eats into somebody else’s appointment slot.

⏱️If you are early for your appointment, please can you ensure that you and your dogs remain in your vehicle/outside the gate until the customer before you has left. This is to protect both people and dogs, it can be particularly stressful for nervous dogs if they see other dogs approaching or running around outside their vehicles. We are also near a busy road and would hate to see any accidents involving dogs running onto the road.

📞If you are having trouble with someone not leaving the field on time or trying to gain access during your slot time, please call us straight away using the phone numbers provided on the website so we can help to rectify the situation. Whilst we try to respond as quickly as possible on social media and emails, it is not possible for these to be monitored 24/7.

Please be considerate of other customers and their appointment times. As always, we thank you for your continued custom and support.

🐾 Reminder 🐾

As you are aware, we have had a lot of rain recently which has made the entrance to the field muddy and slippery. We do have plans to build a proper path in for better access, but the ground is currently too wet for us to bring the machinery in to do this.

We recommend wearing sensible boots or wellies and please be mindful that the entrance could be slippery. Fingers crossed for some dry weather soon! 🤞🏼☔️☀️
