A very young spaniel has been found on Whetsted road, Five oak green

The spaniel is safe and being cared for by local people, if anyone has lost their dog.

Just to let you all know that you will all be hearing from me this week and next to get the back log of grooms booked in

I will be prioritising the grooms so some of you will have to wait a bit longer so please be patient
with me.

Also there is new guidelines in place which my customers and myself will have to stick to and I will be sending this out in a text with your appointment.

Covid 19 update 15th April 2020

Grooming Appointments
For existing customers

When I reopen I am going to be very busy and very much in demand so please be patient with me and I am very Sorry but I will Not be able to Take on any New Customers.

I understand it's getting warmer and your dogs coats are getting longer, but infact longer hair on a dog doesn't necessarily mean that they will be hotter or over heat.
As long as the coat is knot and Matt free and the air can freely circulate through the coat, your dogs will be absolutely fine.
Please just make sure you are maintaining the coat every day by brushing and combining it through throughly.

If you bath your dog please try to dry it yourself as by letting the dog rub itself dry on the floor or by rubbing it dry to much with a towel will knot the coat up and it makes more work for you in brushing it out.

Any clients that were booked in our diary will be contacted as soon as I am back open!

We are rolling over the diary of appointments and priority will be given to the clients already booked in. However any dogs that have health issues, need emergency grooming or have high maintenance coats will come first over any short haired dog that purely comes just for a routinely bath.

I am doing as much as I can to help you and your pets during this very difficult time and by putting procedures in place for when I am back up and running.
