Last night I made the decision to cancel all walks and 1:1s today due to the heat. This decision is never made lightly, but your dogs welfare is always my top priority.

I was out with mine at 6:00 this morning and it was already getting warm.

I’ll review the weather again later today regarding tomorrow’s walks, but at the moment it’s looking likely that I may need to cancel again and offer check-ins instead, if needed.

Please be extra mindful with your dogs today keep walks short, avoid the hottest parts of the day, make sure they have plenty of water, and keep them cool and comfortable. 🐾

🐾 Group Walk Availability – Tiverton Area 🐾

We currently have some spaces available on our group walks!

Our walks take place in a variety of locations to keep things fun, enriching, and never boring for your dogs. Each group is kept small (maximum of 6 dogs) to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

No recall? No problem! Dogs can be walked on a longline if needed.

💷 Pricing:
• £15 – first dog
• £13 – additional dog

📅 Availability:
• Tuesday: 9:00am (1 space), 11:00am (3 spaces)
• Wednesday: 11:00am (2 spaces)
• Thursday: 11:00am (3 spaces)
• Friday: 10:30am (2 spaces)

🐕 Solo Walks Available
We also have limited availability for solo walks in the afternoons (Tuesday–Friday). Perfect for dogs who may not suit group walks and would benefit from 1:1 attention.

A belated video from our last adventure walk on 23rd March 😊

Our next adventure walk is this coming Monday, which is now full and we’re off to the beach again!

We also have a second adventure walk planned for the afternoon of Thursday 30th April. We’ll be heading to Fingle Bridge and have one space remaining.

The newest thing I’ve started working on with my dogs 👇🐾

We already use name releases for retrieving, but I’ve decided to bring it into something a bit more real life loading up into the van 🚐

As you can imagine, when you’ve got three dogs all excited and trying to jump in at once, it can get a little chaotic 😅 So this is all about building calmness, control, and clear communication each dog waits their turn and only goes when their name is called.

You might notice a bit of hesitation here that’s totally normal! They’re used to a general “okay” meaning everyone goes at once, so this is them learning a new rule. And yes… treats are definitely helping reinforce that I’m a big believer in that I wouldn’t work for free so I don’t think my dogs should either.

Also spotted on playback that Snipe tried to creep forward, which I completely missed at the time so it just means I need to keep a closer eye on her 👀

It’s all part of the process, and these small changes make a big difference in everyday situations.

(And yes, the van needs a clean 😂 it’s been a busy week!)

🌊 Beach Adventure Update! 🐾

This morning’s adventure walk to the beach was an absolute hit! The dogs had the best time making the most of the tide being in lots of splashing, playing, and happy pups all around.

Our next beach adventure on Monday 20th April is now fully booked thank you so much!

But don’t worry… we’ve added another date! 🎉
Join us on Thursday 30th April (afternoon) for a forest adventure instead 🌲🐕

Spaces are limited and only 2 spots remain, so be quick if you’d like your pup to join the fun!
