On my early morning rounds I discovered a deer still in situ had knocked some fencing down. Pippy and Pompom had joined Jimmy and Strawberry in their paddock. They were integrating because Pippy hadn't met Strawberry properly but they seem ok this morning but I'll keep an eye on them.
I then checked all the others inc the retirement liveries , most had rolled in the mud and are very happy to have some cooler weather. The sweetitch ponies rugs are still relatively dry and must stay on with the midges now multiplying! There are various types of paddocks here some grassy and others bare where the ponies get hay twice a day , I'm still watering all by hand twice a day at the moment which is hard on the back but has to be done.

Last week we took Demetria to visit adults with learning disabilities in a nearby town . We don't have any photos yet to show you all but it was a very successful event. Demetria was happy to enter the home and enjoyed being stroked by the residents 🥰

Today we had the marvellous Mike O'Brien for our dental care ,good reports all round . I missed getting photos of Honey and Strawberry...🤦🏻‍♀️
The oldies with dental issues see the vet regularly under sedation if necessary. 🐴🧡
