I will be running for hours 🕰️ starting at 8am on Saturday 16th November.

The back yard ultra is something I stumbled across and I’ve decided to do it this year for a charity and one close to my heart is mental health and to be honest mens mental health isn’t in the news enough so my charity is MINT (local charity) and I couldn’t be more proud to do this so all donations are greatly appreciated and it gets more and more publicity for a charity that needs promoting. As Tesco says … “every little helps”

🐾Although it’s cloudy, it’s warm. So Cooper cancelled his walk today as he doesn’t want to overheat and he’s enjoying a splash around at home in his pool 🐾🥰🦮
