Happy 11th Birthday Max!
I quite often refer to Max in my training sessions and this is because he started my journey into understanding dog behaviour and psychology. He’s not an easy dog definitely not the dog I was expecting and far more clever than I’d like but he has taught me way more than I realised I needed to know all those years ago.
He’s tested my patience, pushed me to continue learning and made me adapt training to suit his needs but most of all hes shown me we must adjust our expectations, to really see the dog in front of us and help them navigate a world that wasn’t built for them.
