Thankyou for your patience while I’ve been off work on maternity leave, Charlotte is doing well and growing fast, we’re truly grateful for all the messages, cards and gifts we’ve received.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be available to make appointments for all my regular clients, going forward I’ll be working Monday’s, Friday’s & Once per Month Saturday and start back at work at the end of June.
I won’t be able to take on any new clients and I’ll only be able to accommodate current clients on a regular pre booked schedule on a first come first serve basis.
I’ll also have to be more strict on the 48 hour cancellation and no show policy as I’ll have more customers waiting for appointments.
Just to remind everyone,
**You will receive an appointment reminder 48 HOURS before your appointment. (Providing we have an up to date mobile number)
You will be required to give 48 HOURS notice prior to cancelling appointments, this will ensure we have adequate time to fill your slot.
No Shows & Late Cancellations under the 48 hours notice period will be required to pay the full appointment fee.
10 minute grace period - If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we will not be able service your dog but you will be required to pay for the appointment in full.**
