It’s been a gorgeous week with our dogs and watching the leaves start to fall. These dogs certainly make us happy and very proud! Here’s a lovely poem & video which sums up the seasons we’re currently going through 🍂❤️

The leaves turn orange, drift, and fall,
The air grows cold - soon frost will call.
I watch the world from where I roam,
Still dreaming of somewhere that I call home.

The nights grow long, the winds blow through,
But hope still burns, a steady hue.
For every heart that’s lost and alone,
Deserves warm hands - and a bed to call home.

🎁CHRISTMAS SHOEBOX APPEAL UPDATE!🎁

This is our first Christmas, and we want every one of our gorgeous dogs in rescue, to have their very own Christmas box full of goodies to open on the big day!!

We have got most of the shoeboxes ready… but we need your help to fill them!

Since our last post - a few updates have happened so find them below! 💚

Here are a few things our pups would love to find inside:
* Natural treats - our friends at Purely Raw have made it easier than ever! They have offered 10% off to anybody who purchases the natural treats through them, and will even pop them in our delivery!

- alternatively, you can purchase gift cards to be used for our rescue dogs on their website!

* Soft toys (and tougher, less “explodable” ones!) - see our Amazon wish list for some inspiration.

* Poo bags

🏡 LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME!!! 🏡

It breaks our hearts to still be making posts for this boy…

But meet “SAMSON” 💙

The gentle giant that you can’t help but adore! Samson is a 4 year old Great Dane.

This boy really is a gem 💎 Samson arrived with us after his owner fell poorly and was taken into a care home - this is when the owner’s grandson reached out for us to give Samson his New Lead on Life!

As you can see, he LOVES his attention… especially if there’s a camera facing his way! He is incredibly majestic, so who can blame him! 🤩

Samson can live with female dogs and neutered males upon gentle introduction! He can also live with older children 💚

Samson will come:
- Fully vaccinated
- Neutered
- With a lifetime of support and back up.

🏡 LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME!!! 🏡

Many of you will already know this boy, but for those who don’t…

Meet “NORBERT” 🌟

Norbert is a 4 1/2 year old Spinone x Wire Haired Pointer.

This boy arrived with us a short time ago, after having been failed by so many. His human did the very best she could by Norbs, but unfortunately, his behaviour was misunderstood by several trainers - who marked him down as a high risk dog - alongside him being put on medication, which made Norbert a shell of his former self.

This led to him outgrowing his environment and needing a change in his surroundings to learn to life!

So behind the scenes, Norbert has been working hard and conquering his fears! (Primarily with his interactions with men and his impulse control).

A few of the photos below are actually from this weekend - when Norbert on a road trip to Rivington Pike with his Uncle Dave and his new pal Lottie 🤩

This is just one of the huge milestones this boy has hit recently, and he is now looking for humans to call his own! 💚

Norbert also loves travelling, road trips are his favourite pass time! If you own a car, van… or any vehicle really, Norbs may be the boy for you!! 🚗

Norbert can live with other dogs and is an active boy - so would benefit from an active family!!

🏡 LOOKING FOR THEIR FOREVER HOMES!!🏡

Meet “HILDA” 🌸 and “HAROLD” 🩵

This gorgeous duo arrived this evening, having been so incredibly well loved, so much so, after a marriage breakdown these guys were the forefront of the phenomenal lady’s thoughts.

*please note this is a sensitive case and the lady has very much prioritised the dogs in a very difficult situation - so no hate will be tolerated!*

Both Harold and Hilda will be 1 year old in December - they’re still babies! 🥹

These guys could be homed together, but ideally individually, to give them chance to grow and thrive separately.

This duo are said to have grown up around children, dogs and cats, and are both very inquisitive! We will be completing our own assessments across the next few days 💚

These guys will come:
- fully vaccinated
- neutered
- with a lifetime of support and back up

This Christmas, we want every one of our gorgeous dogs in rescue to have their very own Christmas box full of goodies to open on the big day - because they deserve to feel the magic too! We’ve got all the shoeboxes ready, but we need your help to fill them. 🐾

THANK YOUUUUUUUUU ! A huge heartfelt thank you for liking and sharing. Today we took Spaghetti to her new home . Within 6 days, we found a suitable home, completed all the paperwork and home checks to get this pup to her new family.
We pushed through on this one as much as we would love to play with her every day forever, she needed to be building her life, routines and bonds .

What a lucky girl she is too! She’s going to have acres and acres to play on everyday .

Meet “MAPLE” 🍁

This pretty lady is a 4 year old, Fox Red Labrador!

Maple has come into rescue, after her humans unfortunately just couldn’t give her the time and stability she needed anymore.

Maple is a gorgeous girl with a lot of love to give. She walks beautifully, has lovely manners with other dogs and in a home environment.

She has grown up around small furries, and can be cat tested upon request.

This little lady is a 17 month old, Fox Red Labrador!

Pepper has come into rescue, after her humans unfortunately just couldn’t give her the time and stability she needed anymore.

Pepper is a bit wary of men, when first meeting them, but once she knows you, finds her feet and takes life in her stride! She is a clean canvas, with basic manners, but will need a home with someone who is happy to continue bringing out her confidence and showing her the fun side of life 💚

Pepper has grown up around small furries, and can be cat tested upon request!

Timmy is a 4 year old Patterdale Terrier. He has been extremely well loved, from a puppy, but unfortunately his owner’s health and mobility has declined significantly and Timmy can’t get the exercise and outlet he needs anymore.

He’s an excitable boy that loves to play - especially with a ball! 🥎

Timmy is said to be good with other dogs and cats!

Meet ‘AMBROSE’ 💗

This big girl is still looking forever home! Ambrose is a typical example of her breed - cheeky, inquisitive and loyal to a fault!

Ambrose is 5 1/2 years old and full of personality! She loves a good run out, but also loves a good snuggle! She really is a big gentle giant (and you won’t be without a belly laugh or two in a day!).

She can be a bit sceptical of new people, but once she knows you, you’re in her club!

She could live with other dogs - with gentle introductions, and older children.

Ambrose will come:

- with a lifetime of support and back up!
