Just a polite word as we had a small incident this afternoon (and it's not the first time tbh) regarding a member of staff on their lunch break whilst out of sight and was asked to come out and serve

No matter how much of a rush you may or may not be in, customers are not permitted to go behind the counter nor into our office.. if the curtain is drawn it's most likely drawn for a reason and what we value first and foremost is our team members being entitled to their undisturbed work breaks to briefly recharge and unwind 🙏

There is always one member of staff on the shop floor at all times, barring lunch breaks usually two and of course if you're really in a rush and just need something zapping and putting through the till just ask the staff member serving if they could break away for a moment to do so and we will most likely do it ♥️
