Bad weather can make travelling difficult, especially across parts of the North East but our team is always prepared to reach you and your beloved pets when you need us most.

While we usually use our electric vehicles as part of our commitment to the environment, there are times when tougher conditions call for something a little more robust. That’s when “The Beast” comes out, helping us safely access even more remote areas so no family is ever left without support.

Your pet’s comfort and your peace of mind will always come first. Whatever the weather, we’ll do everything we can to be there for you at home.

✨ Holding You and Your Angels Close This New Year

As we step into 2026, our hearts are with every family who has faced the heartbreak of saying goodbye to a beloved pet. We have an understanding of how much they meant to you—their love wasn’t just special, it was everything. They weren’t “just pets”; they were family, your comfort, your joy, your reason to get up on the hardest days.

On 11th December 2025, we too said an unexpected goodbye to our beautiful, grumpy Floyd—our stompy cat, our boss. We shared our lives with Floyd for 13 wonderful years, and going into 2026 without him is something we are struggling with. We know that many of you are carrying the same heartache for your own beloved companions, and our hearts are with you as you navigate this new year without them. The love they gave us never fades; it simply changes form.

Tonight at midnight, we will be raising a glass to your beautiful angels and ours - forever loved and never forgotten.

May this new year bring you moments of peace, soft memories that make you smile, and the quiet comfort of knowing that love never truly leaves us.

We where so blessed to have Alfie in our life for nearly 16 years. He was our best friend and we cherished Alfie so much he was a beautiful character and loved by everyone. We hold a life time of memories I thank you Alfie for looking after Lewis and lily your brother and sister.

It was lovely to be amongst friends Kibbles Veterinary and Paws At Peace - North-East and Yorkshire all working together with compassion, care and the understanding that our pets are not just pets they are our family our friends our loved ones.
