So me and Pearl are sat on blankets, in the shade in her garden, playing with her toys inbetween cuddles❤️

☀️It's going to be a warm one this week☀️

Please be mindful of the temperatures when deciding when/if to take your dogs out for walks.

I'll be keeping an eye on the forecast. Starting earlier, finishing earlier & switching to home visits when it gets too hot to walk the dogs.

An im-pawtant update regarding Dog Walking at Tatton Park:

🐾 We welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes to Tatton Park and we want you and your dog to have an enjoyable and stress-free day. We also need to protect farm animals, wildlife and habitats and ensure everyone can enjoy the Park, whether or not they have a dog.

🐾 During May, June and July, we asked for all dogs to be on leads within the parkland, due to dog attacks on deer calves, pregnant hinds and sheep.

🐾 Thank you to all dog walkers who supported this decision and helped protect our animals.

🐾 We have now reviewed this measure and from 1 August 2025, dogs will be allowed off lead in the parkland, but must be kept under close control at all times, particularly around wildlife. Find out more at our website: tattonpark.org.uk/dogs

🐾 Our dog walking policy is reviewed regularly and additional restrictions may be necessary at certain times of the year.

🐾 Dogs are welcome in the gardens and farm but must be kept on a lead at all times

I've known this sweet girl (and her sister Vanilla) for approx 3 years. Visiting them to give fresh food & water, clean them out & of course cuddles 💕
I'm going to miss her so much, but at least she'll be in no more discomfort.
