⚠️ Important Notice – Wednesday Evening Appointments ⚠️

🌞 Due to the current hot weather and the high temperatures reached in our treadmill room during the evening, we have made the decision to cancel all canine hydrotherapy appointments scheduled for Wednesday evening.

💙The health, safety and wellbeing of your dogs is always our top priority, and we feel this is the safest course of action during the current conditions.

☀️ ☀️ ☀️ 🐾 Keeping Your Dogs Cool During Next Week’s Heatwave 🐾 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️

With the expected heatwave next week, animal welfare remains our top priority.

To help keep all of our canine clients comfortable and safe, we’ll be adapting our hydrotherapy sessions and lowering the water temperature to ensure everyone stays cool while enjoying their session.

If you’d prefer to rearrange your appointment to an earlier time in the day, or move your session to another week, please feel free to drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

🎉🐾 Happy 9th Birthday, Teddy! 🐾🎉

A very special birthday shoutout to the mischievous Teddy, who turned 9 today! 🐶

Teddy certainly celebrated in style, arriving for hydrotherapy thoroughly covered in mud after enjoying a pre-hydro adventure! 🐾🤎

This was followed by a great hydrotherapy session, where he is doing so well following his latest TPLO surgery. Having already recovered successfully from one leg, Teddy is now back with us after surgery on the other and continues to make great progress. 💪💦

Of course, all that hard work earned him plenty of treats! 🎂🐶

Meet Habanero, who is by far the smallest dog we’ve welcomed to Canactive this year! 💦🐶 He may be tiny, but he is certainly mighty!

With a busy life ahead of him, keeping his body strong, fit, and healthy through low-impact exercise is a fantastic addition to any dog’s routine. Hydrotherapy can help improve strength, fitness, mobility, and confidence while being gentle on growing joints.
