Finally i can share our new contact details,

I posted about this over a month ago that we were moving all our contact details to a new structure.

The email has been up and running for some time and you will already be getting order confirmations from this email. The old email addresses are now not monitored so please make a note.

Then the was seems to have been the most stressful thing in the last month of sorting the number, we are finally sorted on the third attempt!
This means we have a new number for all phone calls and also all whatsapp messages. I will be answering the calls on our old number for the next couple of weeks as we transition but then the old number will also not be in use.

I will ensure communication is sent out and all our details are updated on relevant websites, and contact pages but please keep a note of this if you need to get hold of us.

Well, i normally start mentioning the "C" word once we have Halloween out of the way, however we have already got people asking about our advent calendars.

We have done these for the last 5 years and every year we hand fill the calendars with selected natural dog treats. This year is no different.

They as always will be chicken free, but will contain a mix of different proteins.
If you require certain proteins or a low fat version, we can accomodate for this, but i will need to price per calendar depending on requirements. This will be super limited availability.

As always numbers are limited as it is such a time consuming job to get so many filled.

I am opening pre orders now.

Simply comment with which size and quantity.

We will have them ready from mid November.
Last year i posted some out too, and they seemed to survive, so I will also be offering that for this year which will cost £4.99 up to 3 large calendars.

Payment is not required until collection/despatch, so please don't miss out thinking im going to ask payment upfront, there is another couple of paydays yet!

How Btb Dog Supplies started

Hi All,

I want to share my story with you and how we got to here.

I have two black Labradors (pictured above), who are 3 years old. When I was considering getting a dog I worked out all the costs, factoring in whether I could afford two dogs, for such a life time commitment. - I have never ever looked back and I love my babies!

Now here's the thing, the food (a natural food) which I heavily researched and planned to feed them, didn't agree with their bellies. I found my self searching for an alternative food. I was lucky enough to find such a fantastic food from my dog trainer. They have been fed this for 3 years!
