We offer a bespoke service for pet grooming and natural treatments. Where possible we only use natural products and promise a kind and friendly service. The Pet shop is open all day and we do offer to order in any specific requests on a monthly basis. Dog and cat foods, bedding, treats and accessories are stocked along with small animal and bird food. We have a small range of fish food and can ord

er in any specific equipment you may need. We have our own brand of Hypo-allergenic dog food all formulated without wheat Gluten that is nutritionally balanced and a complete food. Our own brand foods are all made in the uk to the highest standard, with no added colours or 'nasty's'. Within our dog food range we cater for the tiny breeds with a 'small bite' kibble to the larger breeds with added glucosamine to help with joints. Our company is based on the belief that our dogs health is of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

***EDIT*** So happy to be able to announce that Flicka has found a wonderful new home in Tenterden with a family that she knows very well and very much likes, she will be very happy there and very well loved. We all feel that Rae would have been extremely happy to know where Flicka has ended up. So incredibly grateful to the wonderful people who have opened their home and hearts to Flicka.

Flicka has been a deeply loved companion and, due to the recent sad passing of her devoted owner, we are hoping to find her a new home where she will be loved just as much.
She is a 7 year old rescue, originally from Spain, who has been in the UK and with her owner since she was about a year old.

She is currently safe and being looked after by some of her owner's wonderful friends but we need to find something permanent for her.

A little about Flicka:
💛 Loving and sweet-tempered with people she knows
🐶 Can be reactive around unfamiliar dogs, but with carefully managed interactions at her own pace she can, and does, make doggy friends
🏊 Has had a partial cruciate ligament injury, brilliantly managed with hydrotherapy and she has been fully signed off and is not currently requiring any treatment
🏡 Has been well cared for and is used to a loving home environment

Her ideal home:
🏡 A household without other dogs, or where a well-rounded and calm resident dog can be introduced very carefully over time
👶Probably no young children. She hasn't been assessed around little ones, so we want to be cautious. Definitely no cats.
❤️ Someone with patience and experience with dogs who may need time to settle and build trust

Flicka deserves a safe, calm and loving forever home where she can thrive.

☀️🐶 A Little Hot Weather Reminder 🐶☀️

With the warm weather expected this week, we'd like to ask all of our lovely customers to take extra care when bringing their dogs to their grooming appointments.

Our salon is cool and has a air con unit and is designed to keep your dogs as comfortable as possible while they're with us. However, please don't take unnecessary risks getting them here.

🐾 If possible, avoid walking your dog in the hottest part of the day.

🐾 Remember that pavements can become much hotter than the air temperature and can burn paws.

🐾 Make sure your dog is well hydrated before and after their appointment.

🐾 If you're travelling by car, keep it cool and well ventilated.

Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always come before an appointment. If you're worried about travelling in the heat or think your dog may struggle, please give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

Thank you for helping us keep all of our furry clients safe and comfortable during this hot spell. ❤️

To all of our wonderful customers, thank you for your continued love and support this year and for your generous gifts you have given us this Christmas.

This year, we sadly said goodbye to some very special dogs, who we will miss seeing in the salon 💖
