☀️ With the weather heating up, all walks will be assessed daily to keep your dogs safe and comfortable.

🐾 I will not walk dogs in temperatures over 25° as your dog’s health is my number one priority. Walks may be cancelled, shortened, or changed to indoor/garden enrichment activities with access to shade and fresh water.

🌳 Where possible, I’ll transport dogs to cooler shaded areas such as woodlands.

Please be aware that flat-faced breeds, elderly dogs, and overweight dogs can struggle more in the heat.

Waggy Tails of Tenterden – Walk Collection Policy

At Waggy Tails of Tenterden, walks are carried out on a route system to ensure all dogs are collected and returned safely and efficiently. Whilst I will always provide a rough scheduled walk time, please be aware that timings may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, delays on previous walks, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your dog is available for collection 30 minutes either side of the scheduled walk time. This helps prevent missed walks and allows the route to run smoothly for all clients.

If your dog is not at home or available for collection during this time window, the walk will be considered missed and the full walk fee will still apply.

I will always do my best to keep to schedule and communicate where possible regarding significant delays.
