We have another beautiful little lady cat to introduce you all to…this is Stephanie!

Stephanie is an adorable youngster who came to us from a local vet after being handed in as a stray. Sadly, she was left unclaimed, which we find so hard to believe as she really is the most delightful little cat!

She is estimated to be around 6 months old, and brings so much joy to the cattery every day. She will greet you every morning with a gorgeous little chirp, and lean into you for a good fuss. We simply can’t understand how this sweet girl doesn’t have a home, but we’re hoping she will soon be back in the loving environment she deserves.

Stephanie is a friendly girl and could live with other pets providing there are careful and slow introductions. She could also share her home with children 5+, pending successful meets at the shelter.

The cattery is still closed while I take some time out to get my own life back on track . I will still of course take in emergencies where a stray cat or kitten needs medical attention or support and cannot manage without intervention. Please donate any food /litter or otherwise to another of the local rescues who will put it to good use. Any food iv been given recently has been used to feed the 5 rescue ferrets here and given to those supporting strays. I am still providing cat traps and advertising cats for rehoming from their current home for people which has been very successful so far . For a lot of cats direct rehomings are a lot less upsetting . Iv also taken on another rescue dog in the last 3 months completely unplanned after somebody dumped 5 in a lay-by in Bleathwood all that they left behind was a dirty tray out of a pet cage covered in saliva and urine and a dirty towel 🤬🤬🤬. Lexi as iv named her was underweight, very smelly and had a tail injury when I got her and had toileting issues and very little training generally .So rest assured Ive not been sat on my bum doing nothing 😂. Since iv had her she has come on leaps and bounds . I think you’ll agree she didn’t deserve to go to the dog warden 😍.

NOW REHOMED 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍Posting on behalf of Teme Veterinary Practice . We have a lovely friendly middle aged puss looking for a home after being found as a stray in someone’s shed . Unfortunately he has no microchip and has been unclaimed . He has been a pleasure to look after and the staff all think he’s great . However he cannot stay indefinitely in a kennel ☹️. He is starting to get bored of his little jail cell despite our efforts to keep him occupied with toys . He is neutered , wormed and deflead and will be microchipped before he leaves us . As he was found rurally we’d love it if he could have some safe outdoor space to explore. This beautiful young lady is Snowy. She is about 3 years old. Snowy was one of 4 cats that came into the rescue in January when their owner passed away. They had all lived as completely indoor cats. Snowy is looking for a new home, although she has lived with other cats previously she would be happier as the only pet. We would like Snowy to have a home where she will have access to the outdoors. Snowy is quite a character and has catitude in bucket loads, she is very playful and can be very friendly but it's on her terms and she will make it very clear when you have outstayed your welcome! For this reason she is not suitable with young children, she has no experience of dogs. If you like your cats with a bit of sass then Snowy is the girl for you.

This is Kisa, she is 14 years old. She went missing from her home in Newington Way, Craven Arms last Friday (5th June) which is most out of character for her. Please keep a look out if you live in this area, she may have got locked in a shed, garage or greenhouse by accident. Kisa is very much missed.
