Sweet Jasper was wondering if anyone would be able to help us with some bun food for this month? after our recent unexpected intakes of dumped bunnies we are getting through more food than our usual, so we’d be incredibly grateful.
a lot of our expenses come out my own pocket and it becomes more and more difficult. Your help is what keeps us going! And we are so thankful.

Our sweet eeyore FINALLY found his forever home and has become an incredibly happy little boy in his new fluffle 🥹
he’s come out his shell loads and is in love with everyone in his new family.

Companionship is SO important for rabbits, every rabbit deserves somebunny! They’re very social animals and need company of their own kind to thrive.
please make sure you are neutering your rabbits and getting them at least one bonded partner! All our bunnies are fully vaccinated and neutered, and we also offer bonding. If you are ready to find your bun a friend please reach out!

Worried or unsure? Is there something that might be putting you off? Any ethical rescue will be more than happy to answer your questions as best they can and help in finding your rabbit a friend. 🤍

For a bit of a break away from the recent chaos, our sweet boy Reuben really needs his forever home 🥹

He’s fully vaccinated, neutered, and he’s been waiting a while now!
He’s more than ready for a bun friend or two, or 3 or more! 🤭

We only adopt to homes in line with RWAF guidelines, so a minimum space of 10ft by 6ft by 3ft high is necessary.
We also offer bonding here.

We have given you the 24hours.
I hoped you would have had the decency to at least message us back, but it’s obvious you couldn’t care.

Reading this, you know exactly who you are. I hope there is some ounce of you that feels guilty for what you did. The rabbit was so close to death by a dog. She’s incredibly lucky.
Unfortunately not all dumped have that same luck.
How you can possibly live with yourself after doing such a malicious thing is beyond me. you dumped her. Like she was just some trash?
SHES A LIVING ANIMAL.
Imagine how terrified she was!?

If you want to send a donation anonymously, I think it’s the least you can do for her.
you let her down.

If anyone recognises her profile, her name. she lives somewhere in Telford as far as I’m aware.
I’ve never done a name and shame before but I don’t seem to feel any guilt for it.

THIS HAS TO STOP.
Proof! I finally have some proof that this person has dumped their rabbit. AND no one will help.

IF THIS WAS A DOG, AND THERE WAS PROOF THEY HAD BEEN DUMPED BY SOMEONE, THEY WOULD BE PROSECUTED.
but when it’s a rabbit? absolutely no one gives a s**t. I am upset. I am beyond frustrated.

This person messaged us yesterday, asking us to take their rabbit. One of many messages we’ve had. we don’t have room. We didn’t say we wouldn’t help we said we need to try and find space.

This rabbit didn’t even get 24hours. And she’s been dumped just like that. She was nearly caught by a dog and thankfully she got away.
Thankfully she found herself safe in a vets.
The second vets contacted might I add because the first turned her away.
And when those vets phoned us with a photo of the EXACT SAME rabbit. I was absolutely devastated.

I hoped it would have at least been a case of the owner was so so desperate they made up a lie and took the rabbit to a vets for safety. But no. they dumped her.

And we took her. With no suitable space. Because she has NO WHERE else to go. THERE IS NO HELP FOR RABBITS.

This person has 24hours to contact us before I will name and shame.
I have considered whether this is the right thing to do but something has to be done. It cannot continue on like this.

WHY DO RABBITS NOT MATTER? THEYRE LITERALLY THE 3RD MOST POPULAR PET AFTER DOGS AND CATS, ONE OF THE MOST NEGLECTED PETS. AND THEY STILL DO NOT MATTER?
ALMOST ALL OUR RABBITS CURRENTLY IN OUR PREMISES ARE DUMPED RABBITS.

WE ARE ALL ON OUR KNEES. PLEASE HELP
unless you rescue, or are part of the rescue world in some way, you won’t understand the struggle.
Something needs to change. now.

The newest buns are doing well!
Rory says hi! unfortunately neither boys have been claimed, they’ve settled in well and the 7 days have come to an end so both boys are now officially in our care.
Rory was wondering if any kind people would be in the position to help us cover his and ottos, vaccination and neutering costs? 🥹

both boys now need their 2 vaccines and neutering! if you can help us get them ready for their forever home we’d be incredibly grateful.
