A Message From Us 💛
With a very heavy heart, my wife Kirsty and I have made the incredibly difficult decision to close The Natural Pet Deli.
When we first started, we had a clear vision: to provide your furry family members with the highest quality, natural pet treats. We were lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful first few years, attending dog shows, charity events, and local fairs and we truly loved every second of it.
Sadly, with the rising costs of… well, everything, it has become increasingly difficult to justify continuing the business at this time. As much as this hurts to say, we’ve had to make the hardest decision to step back. We will, of course, consider a reboot in the future, but for now, this chapter is coming to an end.
As part of our closure, we have heavily discounted all items on our online store, with savings of up to 70% off. Please be quick, because once it’s gone, it’s gone. Free delivery over £45 still applies, as always.
We want to say a massive, heartfelt thank you to every single one of you who has supported us over the years. A special thank you to all the incredible groomers who have purchased tens of thousands of treat bags from us, your support has meant more than you’ll ever know.
From our family to yours, thank you so much. We are emotional writing this, as we truly hoped this business would continue to thrive. Unfortunately, rising costs have made our products feel more like a luxury than a necessity, and competing with larger retailers has become increasingly challenging.
We are so grateful for every order, every message, every recommendation, and every kind word.
