May round up:
Firstly the aptly named Mr Darcy (the grey) finished his 2 months schooling here which included several outings, hacking out alone and some grid jumping. He improved so much in the meantime and was admired by everyone that saw him.
Second to come was a 3yo by Passing Glance, (the dark bay) for breaking. He has been an absolute star, taking it in his stride and slowly but thoroughly understanding everything so that he was ridden after 10 days. He’s now hacking out alone, doing a little canter in the school and consolidating everything.
Then Mango (chestnut) who was here on sales livery has found her new home and we wish her all the best with her new owner for the future. She has been a pleasure and an absolute star from the very beginning which is tribute to her breeder and family’s nurturing and care.
My little bay pony ‘Roo’ (the yard favourite) has been to his first sj and xc schooling, a 4yo also by Passing Glance, 14.3hh and hopefully going to go to his first clear round sjing next month. He will be up for sale so watch this space…
Lastly my Burghley mare, Libby, has returned from stud and is in foal once again! Many thanks to West Kington Stud for the opportunity to have her put to Jamhoori and the spectacular care she has received.
I do have one stable available so if anyone needs any help, please to get in touch 📞
