Missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee payable before further appointments can be made.

Dogs arriving 10 minutes late may have to be re booked and a cancellation fee will apply.

🚨 PLANNING TO TRAVEL THROUGH WASHFORD-WILLITON? Important Update! 🚨
Somerset Council has now confirmed the following road works schedule with us:
CONFIRMED: Tuesday 9th September, 9:30am-3pm
Surface dressing treatment will take place on the A39 between Washford and Williton. This essential work involves applying bitumen and stone chippings to restore and protect the road surface.
What to expect:
✅ Short daytime road closure with diversions in place
✅ Mobile operation - typically completed within hours
✅ Weather dependent (but must be done in daylight)
