Born just after midnight on bank holiday Monday Stepley Ellen could cope with the heat no longer and gave us a chestnut c**t by Stepley Tobias called Stepley El Cid, both are coping well so far in this heat x
The last of our standard foals for 2026, some are available at weaning, deposit secures x

Last night was another family affair, half sisters Carmaco Pink Gin and Carmaco Parma Violet both foaled.
Gin foaled to Stepley Tobias having a chestnut c**t called Carmaco Grian. Violet foaled to Stepley Volcano Husk having a black c**t called Carmaco Vesuvius
Looks like the filly fairy has been moved on by the rain lol

Last night our other mare in foal to Stepley Taco foaled giving us another black filly. Introducing Stepley Bodana Boo out of Stepley Bounty Beau
A new record for a Stepley stallion to have all their mares foal in 24hours, previous record was held by Troy in his 20's, 4 mares 2 foaled with in 24hrs and 2 weeks later the other 2 foaled x

This morning saw the arrival of two filly foals by Stepley Taco.
Stepley Candelara and Stepley Tracey2 both graced us with black fillies. Tracey caught us out having hers in the field Introducing Stepley Constance and Stepley Tripoli

Just as dawn broke this morning Stepley Belita Belle foaled to Chilcombe Little Jack Horner and gave us a cream dun filly called Stepley Bahati Belle x

Finally sat down after a busy bank holiday Monday.
We set off early this morning to the North Somerset Show with Mallard of Breamore getting 3rd in the standard mares and 6th in the m&m small breeds 4yrs+. Stepley Charlton had 4th in the standard 2&3yr old and Westagarth Galaxy had 6th in the mini stallion and geldings.
We they arrived home just in time for maiden Stepley Cascade of Colour to foal the last ever foal by Stepley Troy and give us a piebald filly named Stepley Celeste
Well done to everyone who went today, was lovely to catch up with you all x

Tonight we were invited by the childrens scout group to help their Beaver group to earn their Animal Care badge.
Una and Takara were model ponies teaching the children about where they originated from and the children groomed them helping to shift their winter coats.
