A very sad day yesterday; Platy, one of our 20 year old girls, passed away. She had been slowly deteriorating over the last few weeks. A strange thing took place as the lady was driving out with Platy, off to cremation. Platy had three babies, Phoebe, Penny and Jed. As the trailer left the farm, all the alpacas were sitting down except her three babies. The three of them watched the trailer drive off down the lane before rejoining their group. I wonder what they were thinking?🦙

Stolen last night in Stoke St Mary:

Ifor Williams animal trailer
Trafalgar paddock cleaner
4 x aluminium hurdles (alpaca height)
Gazebo blue

To get to these items the thieves broke a padlock to get in the main gate and then broke an inner gate to get in the third gate, where the trailer was kept……

For some people, anything not nailed down is fair game
