It's taken me a little minute to write this, a huge part of my life was lost last week. 🤍
As some of you may know Alaska in the beginning of the year was diagnosed with a brain tumour and given anywhere between 3 months and a year to live.
It was a huge struggle for all the family to comprehend our big white beauty, and mother of our youngest pup, at only 8 years old was not long for this world.
It isn't often you get to prepare for such eventualities and so our mama gave us 6 more months of precious love and laughter, in which we decided she could live in whatever fashion she desired!
Being a husky, who suddenly lost all boundaries after her diagnosis, lived her best life raiding anything she could get her paws on! Even to a point where she ate stew out of the saucepan keeping warm on the stove!
Forever in our hearts and the memories of those she touched, a devoted companion, teacher and steward for all my newbies as we started our walks together.
The house is certainly quieter now, chase the rabbits in the sky my big white beauty 🤍 forever missed, we love you. Alaska 🤍
