We were recently contacted by Tiger’s owners to see if we could meet their grooming needs. Before booking them in, we arranged a meet-and-greet at Dogmore Grooming so we could get to know both Tiger and their owners.

During the consultation, the owners explained that Tiger is both deaf and blind and requires two groomers throughout their appointment. Sadly, their previous groomersβ€”who they had been extremely happy withβ€”were no longer able to provide the two-person support Tiger needs. One groomer helps reassure and support her (Nic took this role), while the other carries out the groom (Sophie did the groom).

After meeting Tiger and assessing their needs, we were delighted to welcome them to Dogmore Grooming. And what a wonderful pup!! 🐢❀️

As with every dog we groom, Tiger’s experience was completely tailored to their individual needs, ensuring they felt safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.

A huge thank you to Tiger’s owners for placing their trust in us and allowing us to care for their precious pup.
