This is so true! Sometimes I’m not happy with the way grooms turn out but what I’m always happy with is the fact that my furry clients aren’t forced to do things they don’t want to. I personally hate my feet touched, so do some dogs. Some don’t like their legs lifted or their faces touched so I always work in a way that keeps them comfortable and confident, yes, it sometimes ends with a less than pleasing aesthetic for me but the more fussy furries usually leave happy and that’s the most important thing in the world to me ❤️ 🐶 I work with a lot of nervous pups, others that are banned from elsewhere and I also work with some that are far too busy to stand still but I love them all and work with them for their needs not mine. Sanity before vanity, always 🙌❤️
