A well established local grooming service.....We are not 'a van service'...we are a salon based fully equipped business ....Now offering non sedation EMMI PET teeth cleaning.... We offer a full range of Dog Grooming services covering:
A full clip and shampoo service including nails where needed (and dog permitting), we can also include a local collection and return facility......we do not store d

ogs, they are returned or collected as soon as complete. Our Grooming room is bright, spacious and air-conditioned.......this is essential as it allows your dog to feel calm and the groomer to see all those wispy bits of hair that are otherwise missed.....
We only use professional shampoo and conditioners, giving a clean shiny coat......
We can take on all sizes of dog, larger dogs being groomed by 2 people.........
Our tables are full size electric hydraulic, minimising the need for lots lifting and jumping.....

Our latest addition to the family...
Meet Jude, a 10 yr old Ridgeback (most people know that I have a soft spot for Ridgebacks)...
Adopted through Ridgeback Rescue, she is a former breeder whose owner had to go into hospital..
Fitted in beautifully with our others.. Just need to have her neutered in the near future to protect her health..

Meet Dada, a 9yr old GSD... again from Many Tears, not much known about her.. Very underweight but has put on a couple of kilos since we got her..

RIP Donny and Millie.
Donny a 16 yr old Daxy and Millie around 14 yr old Yorkie...
Both had a good life but in the end their owners felt that the day had come...

Age and illness is not just a human problem...
Archie, a feisty Westie and Charlie, a cuddly brother to the late Teddy have both passed over the Bridge recently...
Our sincere condolences to Dave and Belinda (Archie) and to Pat and her family (Charlie)...

Age and arthritis has caught up with us at last.. :)
We will only be grooming 3 days a week in the future...

A very personal sad news....
Charlie our own little Shi Tsu, who we adopted several years ago when his owner went into hospital and care, has had to be put to sleep having taken ill earlier this week..
Many of our clients who dropped their dogs off will have met him and remember him as a kind polite little gentleman who greeted all dogs with dignity...
He will be sadly missed by us as well as our other pets.
Fly high, run free little man and play with Savvie up there..

Sad news time again I'm afraid...
Casper, an old boy around 16....sympathy to Susan and Richard..
Max also around 16, a lovely rescued GSD that came around to being a really great dog to groom..Sympathy to Sharon and all at the Blacksmiths..
Tilly, a beautiful little Shi Tsu who took ill suddenly so Sheila and Pete made that decision we all hate...
We feel for you all...

As a footnote can we pass our sympathies to Ron and family who lost Pat, his wife of many years, recently...

A 10 year old Golden Retriever, currently named Rainy, but we feel a name change is due as she was given it in the rescue and doesn't really acknowledge it.. Ex breeder who joins our other 3 in their forever home...
