You’re not paying for the hour, you’re paying for the years it took me to make it look easy 🤙🏽 Let me introduce myself. My name is Christina and for the last 6 years, I live here, in beautiful Tamworth. For all of you who don’t know me by now here are a few words about me. I am a highly energetic individual with a great love for d

ogs and an inborn passion to work for pet welfare. As a professional groomer, I’m also insured, first aid trained and privileged to be a member of Bedworth Dog Training Club. Trained and qualified in Greece and in the UK, with 15 years of professional experience in high volume grooming environments in both countries, I have demonstrated ability to handle and groom to a high standard a variety of breeds from Miniature poodle to Newfoundland. I can provide for all your dog’s needs, well grooming wise at least :). Whether this means just a bath and a nail clip, or a full groom to breed standard or a hand strip, a dental cleaning treatment, or even a unique style that will make your beloved dog stand out from the crowd (Mohican, Hipster beards etc.). The products I use are natural and some of the best in the industry. I specialise in handling elderly dogs and dogs with health issues (diabetic, epileptic, tripods) and you can rest assured that your dog will have a pleasant grooming experience in a safe, clean and calm environment. My experience in dog training helps a lot with dogs that have behavioural issues. I will be happy to meet you and your dog and hear about any habits or needs he might have. After 15 years in this amazing job, I’ve learned that it’s not only the skill and the premium products that create an excellent grooming service but most of all are the love for dogs, and the dedication you put in their wellbeing. Another busy week comes to an end with a nasty hand injury that started with a cat bite that got infected and ended up with a swollen palm ✋🏼 that is completely out of use. If you could only imagine the pain 🙁
Just wanted to make clear to everyone that using cat muzzles or dog muzzles when necessary is not a “bad” thing. It’s a necessary measure for both my safety and the safety of the animal in my care. We use sharp scissors and clippers that can cause injury to the pet or ourselves if they launch at us.
We work with our hands and handle dirty animals, water and hair everyday, so a “little cut” or bite or scratch is never a small thing and can potentially sideline us for days.
So please be honest about your pet’s behavior, trust your groomer and value their opinion. They are professionals that are there to provide you and your animal with the best possible service, because they Love ❤️ what they do 🐾☮️
