🎄🐾 CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN! 🐾🎄
Our Christmas diary is officially open! Appointments during December fill up very quickly, so we strongly advise booking well in advance—especially if you require a particular day or time.

Our final working day before Christmas will be Wednesday 23rd December, when we will be opening late instead of our usual Thursday evening.

Please note that anyone booked in during the final week before Christmas will be required to pay for their appointment in full at least three days beforehand. This payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE should you cancel or wish to move your appointment.
Please message us as soon as possible to secure your preferred appointment and make sure your pets are looking and feeling their best for Christmas! 🎅🏼✨

Managed to give my own newbie a bath today! 🛁🐱 He's 6 months old now and starting to fill out nicely.
Getting cats used to grooming and bathing from a young age is so important, especially for long-haired breeds. It makes the whole process much less stressful as they grow and helps keep their coats healthy and free from mats.
A little time and patience now can make a huge difference later! ❤️

☀️ Hot Weather Update ☀️
Just a reminder that we are open tomorrow and currently have a quieter day than usual.
If your dog is booked in, please be aware that there is a possibility appointments may need to be cancelled at short notice if the temperature inside the salon becomes too high.
Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning, and your dog's welfare and safety will always be our top priority.
Please also note that dogs may be returned slightly damp, as we will be using cool dryers only to help keep them comfortable during the warmer weather.

For the safety of all dogs, any dog arriving severely panting or showing signs of heat stress before entering the salon Will be refused to be groomed.
We kindly ask that you help keep your dog as cool and calm as possible before their appointment and avoid long walks beforehand where possible.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We appreciate your support and patience during these hot conditions.
