Hi everyone! Hope you are all keeping well?
Just wanted to pop on quickly and update with availability, January, February and March are all fully booked!
We are currently taking bookings for April onwards. We are at the computer now going through appointments so please message if you’d like to book in, or just send us a message if you want confirmation of your dog’s next few appointments.

Any of our customers who require specific days or times please please book in advance as we do have limited appointment slots. (We are now only open 2 Saturdays and 2 Mondays a month).
We are recommending customers who come to us for grooms anytime from 2 weeks - 12 weeks to please pencil in a few slots, we are happy to pencil in appointments to the end of year as it’s easier to juggle times if you already have a slot booked in, we just require atleast 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Please also note that our books are temporarily closed to new customers and customers who have not been to the salon within the last 12 months, if you would like to be added to our cancellation list please do let us know.

And that’s a wrap! Thank you so so much to all our wonderful customers for the generous gifts and tips for Christmas, and most importantly for continuing to support us throughout the year.

We didn’t get to take many photos this year due to how busy it has been and having to juggle around some appointment so thank you also for being patient and understanding!

We are now closed for Christmas and will be back in the salon 6th January.
We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Hello everyone, just wanted to pop on and give an update on bookings and a few changes that have been made to our policies.

Christmas Bookings
This side of Christmas we are currently fully booked and we are taking bookings for middle of January. We do have a cancellation list if you would like to be added to this (please note this is for existing customers only as our books are temporarily closed for new customers).
We will also be closed for Christmas from Christmas Eve and will open again Monday 6th January.

Appointments, Payments & Price Increase

Just a polite reminder that we work by appointment only and recommend booking a few appointments in advance to ensure you have a slot reserved.
If you are unable to attend your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice or a last minute cancellation fee is required, this also applies to missed appointments or no shows and this fee needs to be paid before future appointments can be made.

If customers are paying by bank transfer to pay for their dogs groom please can payments be made before collection of your dog, this is to avoid chasing outstanding payments which can be very time consuming.

Please can all customers be prompt to drop off and collect their dogs.

We have also had to have a slight price increase across some of our services that we offer, most have already been informed of this increase however we have been phasing it in over the last few months, if you are unsure if your dogs groom has had a price increase please do ask and we will let you know. This is to cover the costs of running the salon and the increase in costs of equipment used, we hope you understand.

Fleas
If your dog has fleas please do let us know in plenty of time before their appointment, this is because we can only groom dogs with fleas at the end of the day so we can take the time to de flea the salon when no other dogs are due in, so we may need to reschedule appointments. We are having to increase the price of our flea charge to cover the cost of the time and equipment used to clean and disinfect the salon after. The flea charge as of today will be £10 on top of grooms.

Bookings for 2025

We are making changes to our opening hours moving forward for 2025. We will now only be working every other Saturday and Monday so if you require these days for appointments we are asking customers to please contact us now to block book as we will have limited availability.

The grooming industry is feeling the loss of one of their own tonight. Louise Hunt was a fellow dog groomer and was killed alongside her mum and sister last night 😢

Our thoughts are with the rest of the family at this extremely sad time.
May you all rest in peace ###

⭐️Important Customer Announcement.⭐️
⭐️Temporarily closing our books for new customers⭐️

Hi everyone, hope you are well?
We just wanted to pop on and give a quick update regarding bookings.
We have made the decision due to how busy we are and having limited availability over the summer months to close our books to new customers at this time. We want to make sure that all our current clients are able to still have there scheduled appointments so to ensure we can do this and still be able to be flexible when needed we have made the decision to temporarily close our books to new clients.
We would like to thank our wonderful customers for continuing to support our small business and for getting us to this milestone, we appreciate all of you.

So we have a couple of slots left we can offer to new customers for in August but once these are gone our books will be temporarily closing, we will be adding new clients to a cancellation list for when our books re open again.

We are recommending to all our current customers to make sure they have the next 2-3 appointments booked in with us.
June and July are fully booked and we have limited availability in August.

Hi everyone, hope you are all well?

Just wanted to give an update for upcoming availability, we are currently taking bookings for middle/end of July, please let us know if you’d like to make an appointment or be added to our cancellation list. We are currently fully booked for June, including our out of hours slots so please bare with us as the summer months are very busy. We are currently recommending that regular customers pencil in a few slots in advance as it’s easier to juggle appointments if you have a slot booked in.

Please note we will be away tomorrow and the weekend and we will be back in the salon on Monday but will be responding to messages over the weekend.

Just a reminder with bookings, please note that offered slots are only reserved for 12 hours so please do get back to us as soon as possible if you’d like the slot.

Hiiii everyone, long time no post again, I hope you are all keeping well?

Just wanted to update with availability we have over the next few months. We currently have a 6-8 week wait for appointments, April and May are currently fully booked and we only have a few slots left available in June.
If your dog is due to be groomed in the next few months and are not yet booked in please do message us and we can look at the availability we have, if anyone would like to pre book a few slots too we can also book in a few appointments in advance.
We do also have an out of hours service available at an extra charge but this is also quite booked up at the moment and the next OOH slots are at the end of May, but let us know if this would be interest.

Please let us know if you would like to be added to our cancellation list too.
As we have been extremely busy in the salon I have been getting behind a bit with photos so bare with and will be sharing more again soon 😁🫶🏻

Joy is still missing, She will most likely be hiding and be scared. Please keep an eye out for her Epsom Town Centre and surrounding areas, perhaps she is hiding in someone’s garden.
Praying she makes an appearance soon and we get some sightings.

Joy is missing, High Street Area near Epsom Town Hall. She is a very small black Pomeranian and is a rescue she also has a deformed front leg, she is very nervous and skittish. Please contact if any sightings and I can forward the owners number

Happy New Year to all our lovely customers. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas. 🥳

Please note we are not back in the salon until the afternoon of Monday 8th January, we are currently catching up with messages as we are a bit behind, so apologies for the delay, Mum and I both caught Covid just before Christmas and have been quite poorly with it but finally feeling better so thank you for baring with us while we get back to messages.

We are now fully booked for January and are currently taking bookings for February.
Please ensure you give us plenty of notice if you’d like to make an appointment.
