A law brought in to protect people is and always was, destined to fail. We need an urgent review of this law to ensure both humans and many dogs like Marshall and Millions (who didn't attack or injur anyone) are protected, free of stigma and are treated and assessed fairly. What happened here is barbarian and unnecessary. Highlighting cases where many animals are PTS is bad enough but shooting animals, on leads and under control due to breed type is and always will be unacceptable
