I’ve had many new clients through the door this year and the question I get asked more than anything else… why do you charge more than others in your area?
My prices are based on experience, dedicated one-on-one attention and premium care standards that differ from high-volume salons or inexperienced groomers.
Why the Cost Reflects the Value
* Experience and Qualifications:
All services are performed by myself, a professional with over 12 years of experience in grooming. I hold a Diploma in animal care and animal management, canine first aid training, and an animal reiki certificate. My prices reflect my competence and extensive training.
* Premium Products:
Every groom includes two luxury shampoos and a conditioner, using high-quality, cruelty-free formulas rather than basic budget washes.
I use professional-grade, eco-friendly products and salon equipment that protect your dog's skin and coat health.
Many salons skip detangling sprays and add ons that the customer doesn’t see to keep costs down but these products make the groom more comfortable and less stressful for your dog so they should be prioritised.
* Safe, Modern Environment:
The air-conditioned, cage-free salon features customer parking on a gated premises and security CCTV for complete peace of mind while your pet is being pampered.
* Unrushed, Individual Care:
I purposely book fewer dogs per day to focus entirely on your pet's comfort, safety, and emotional well-being without rushing the process. You will not get this in a larger commercial salon or a salon charging less because they have to get a lot more dogs through the door everyday to make enough money.

Grooming can become a really calm, enjoyable experience if the time and dedication is put in not only by myself but by the owner.
