Meet our “Ferret Cat”… 🖤🐈‍⬛😆

This handsome boy has never been groomed before, so today he enjoyed his very first complimentary grooming session with me. Judging by how relaxed he was, I think he approved! 😴

Many owners believe shaving is the best way to help cats stay cool in summer, but in most cases, that’s simply not true.

Regular grooming removes loose, dead coat, allowing air to circulate more freely through the healthy coat. This helps cats stay more comfortable while preserving the coat’s natural insulating properties.

Their coat also provides important protection from sunburn, insect bites, and minor scratches, which is another reason why a healthy, well-maintained coat is so valuable.

No shaving needed—just healthy coat maintenance. 🖤

A calm, positive grooming experience is about building trust, not creating stress. And judging by our little “ferret cat”… I think we achieved exactly that. 🥰
