Good morning!

Unfortunately we are experiencing trouble with our internet this morning (2/10/2024). This means that we currently are unable to process card payments, or access our booking system. However, the phone system is still taking messages intermittently. If you leave a message we will be phoning you back from a withheld number, but may not be able to answer your query immediately.

Apologies for any slow responses, will let you know as soon as this changes.

We have been looking forward to seeing you all again after a very different year. Apart from re-painting and repairing everything around the Kennels we have also installed an improved fire alarm system, better burglar alarm, more CCTV, we have a customer waiting area in our new conservatory, and we have another new Kennel Assistant. Henry joined us on 26th June, and is currently in training.
We are rapidly filling up for the next couple of months, so if you need us please do get in touch (and when you get the answer machine, PLEASE DO leave us a message).

Yes, we are open!
We hope you are all well, and have enjoyed spending more time with your pets during this time of crisis. Now restrictions are easing more and more people are asking if we are open - we are, and are looking forward to welcoming your cats & dogs again when you need us. We have a new holding pen in place beside Reception to enable a contact free handover of your dogs. We will explain in more detail when you book with us. Whilst we are still open for business, although rather quieter than we would normally be, please take note of this sign and don’t bring the whole family to drop off or collect your pets at the moment.
If anyone is unwell or concerned about looking after their dogs or cats please get in touch with us, we are currently offering a pick-up and drop off service if you need it.
