My little friend Oreo came in for a groom yesterday 🐾🐶

She’s not a fan of having her front legs and chest groomed, and she really hates the noise of the clippers near her head . So I took it bit by bit, switching between different areas to keep her distracted and help her feel more comfortable. 🤪

The finished groom might not look perfect to everyone, but to me it’s perfect because she let me finish without needing to call her mum or dad to hold her. I did it all by myself, without forcing her.

My goal is always to keep dogs as stress-free as possible while building their confidence and trust. ❤️

By the end, she was giving me kisses, and that completely melted my heart. Moments like these are exactly why I love being a dog groomer. 🥹🐶✂️
