Or to ring us using a Landline telephone 📞 number ( without using 141 in front of the number )

Due to problems with our voicemail service on our phone , please email ✉️ us on [email protected] and explain to us in writing what you want....pet sitting or animal ambulance service for your small animals only !

Sorry for any inconvenience caused but our voicemail is currently not 🚫 working so it's out of our control 🛂.

We very kindly ask and remind future clients of ours that want to use us for your pet(s) pet sitting services or Animal Ambulance Services etc. that you refrain from with-holding your telephone number as this is mainly due to some scam callers calling us using fake names or fake addresses .

And also we are using True-caller app as well and all unknown or private / hidden numbers are automatically blocked....by our phone

We do however have alternative ways to contact us here at Cats Eyes Pet Services here in Swansea for the next 18 weeks ( last day of June , before we move our business to North Wales !!

We are now open after the Christmas and New Year break !

We will be open until further notice in S.W Wales until we move up to North Wales for a new start ....but we will give at least 1 months notice before we do move ...

Happy New Year 🕛🎊 for 2026 everyone....

We will be re-open for all Pet Services from the 6th January 2026 at 08.00 am in the City and County of Swansea , Port Talbot / Neath and Porthcawl and Maesteg , and not forgetting parts of Carmarthenshire ( only hendy , fforest , tumble , Llanelli and Ammanford ) .

If you call Cats Eyes Pet Services based in Swansea please don't withhold numbers as unfortunately they will not be answered .

So if you do call Cats Eyes Pet Services please call us with your full telephone number without using 141 in front of your number....

Plus we will only answer genuine calls between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Sunday .

But alternatively you can What's App us on our alternate phone on 07961 561986 .

We had to do this due to some person doing a prank call to an address.

Hi and welcome to my pet services page....and we are based in the City and County of Swansea !

I just want to point out to future customers politely that Cats Eyes Pet Services only provide services to Cats and kittens and smaller animals only...

Sorry , but unfortunately we don't provide services to dogs , i know i love dogs , but i just don't provide any dog services ....but there are plenty of lovely dog services out there !! .
