Cooper’s learning that country life is a little different to London life 🐾🌿

Having grown up in the city, some of these countryside challenges are completely new to him.

Today’s mission? Get to the other side without getting his paws wet 😅

He carefully plotted a route across the rocks, looked very pleased with himself… and then promptly slipped straight into the water 😂

Cue a brief moment of panic.

But to his credit, he figured it out all by himself, climbed back out, dusted himself off, and carried on as if nothing had happened.

“What’s everyone making such a fuss about?” 🤣💛

Good lad, Cooper. Every adventure is a learning opportunity.

Bailey (Black Working Cocker) knows the routine 🐾😅

Every single walk, she waits patiently for Bella (Sprollie) to come off lead.

Not me. Not the treats. Not the ball.

Bella.

And the moment she’s free… they’re gone 💨😂

Off into the distance on another adventure together, living their best lives.

I joke that it’s the last I’ve seen of them… but somehow they always show up with a story to tell 🤣💛

Happy Birthday, Hugo! 🎂🐾💛

Today we’re celebrating Hugo’s birthday while he’s on his holidays with us 🥳

Balloons, birthday cake, a chorus of Happy Birthday… and somehow he managed to sit there like the perfect gentleman while we sang to him 😂

A huge thank you to his lovely parents, Kate and Stephen, who sent him with all the birthday goodies so we could make sure his special day was properly celebrated 🎈🎁

He’s been such a good boy, and we couldn’t let the occasion pass without making a fuss of him.

Happy Birthday, Hugo. We hope you’ve had the best day, mate 🎉🐻

Not every walk is about running around 🐾🌿

Today we worked on some heel work in the woods, and Beanie and Hank joined us for a play and learn.

For both of them, this is still pretty new. We’ve not done a huge amount of this type of work together before, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect.

Turns out I needn’t have worried 😅

They absolutely nailed it.

Calm, engaged, focused, and trying their hearts out. That’s all I ever ask for 💛

Good dogs. Very good dogs 👊

I spend so much time with dogs these days that it was only a matter of time before they started appearing in my dreams too 😂🐾

The only difference is that in my dreams I’m a lot faster than this…

Eight dogs chasing me at full speed and somehow I still feel perfectly safe. In fact, I’d be more worried if they stopped chasing me 🤣

That’s all I’m trying to do.

But Beanie and Hugo have other ideas 😅

The second they’re together, it’s game on. No waiting, no patience, no “just give me a minute”… straight into play mode 😂

I swear these two spend half their lives throwing paws and the other half cuddling.
