We are looking for someone who has the ability to manage a busy diary, organise workloads, provide a gold standard service for our lovely clients and maintain clear communication between the clinical team and clients, all whilst remaining calm and professional. The role of Veterinary Receptionist is highly rewarding. It comes with the dual responsibilities of providing excellent customer support and understanding the type of care that animals need to lead healthy lives. Each day brings new challenges and the potential to develop new skills and knowledge.

๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฌ:
Position: Veterinary Receptionist
Hours: 36 hours a week and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
Place of work: Gowerton and Llanelli Surgeries (driving licence and transport essential)
๐ฆ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ซ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐:
Excellent communication; must be engaging and, importantly, also a good listener
Effective organisation and time management
IT literacy
The ability to remain calm and relay accurate information, even when under pressure
Resourcefulness, initiative, and a willingness to look for solutions to problems
Conscientiousness and the drive to follow through and complete tasks fully

Customer care experience
Experience in working in a veterinary practice
