At our salon, your dog’s safety and wellbeing always come first. She we have all retrained and updated in canine first aid, giving us the knowledge and confidence to respond quickly in the unlikely event of an emergency. We are also committed to ongoing professional training, regularly updating our skills and knowledge to ensure we provide the highest standard of care, handling, and grooming for every dog that visits us.
With your dogs in mind could anyone who would NOT like us to action CPR could you please advise on your next groom. ( those more elderly, heart conditions or any other underlying issues.) many thanks Angie Makita and Kaytlin

🌞🐾 Heatwave Update 🐾🌞
As much as we've been battling the heat with fans, cool mats, ice packs in water and every trick we can think of, Mother Nature is currently winning! 🥵
For the safety and wellbeing of both the team and your precious pups, we've made the difficult decision to close the salon Thursday 25th June.
The comfort and safety of the dogs in our care will always come first, and unfortunately it's simply too hot for us to groom safely.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We will be in touch with affected appointments to rearrange as soon as possible.
In the meantime, stay cool, stay hydrated, and give your dogs an extra frozen treat from us! 🍦🐶

☀️🐾 Hot Weather Paw-licy! 🐾☀️
With temperatures soaring and heat warnings in place, we're doing everything we can to keep our furry clients safe, cool and comfortable during their groom. 🐶❄️
Our salon is equipped with fans, cooling measures, fresh water and plenty of rest breaks to make sure every pup stays happy while in our care.
A few things we'd love your help with:
🐾 Please avoid walking your dog to appointments during the hottest parts of the day where possible. 🐾 Ensure your dog has access to water before travelling. 🐾 If your dog is showing signs of heat stress or seems unwell, please give us a call before your appointment. 🐾
We're all about wagging tails, not panting pups! Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe during this heatwave. ❤️🐶
Stay cool and give those paws a break on the hot pavements! ☀️
